POLICY'S

SHIPPING POLICY

Please give 3 business days from the date you order  (Mon-Fri) for your order to be shipped. Also please remember I am in hair school and taking nail clients but am trying to provide you with great service so if you have a concern email me at amarescloset@yahoo.com.

You (the customer) will receive an email giving you (the customer) a tracking number for your order. Once your (the customers) order has been shipped, it is out of my hands and if it gets lost in transit, it is not my fault. 

ORDER CANCELATION

Orders canNOT be canceled once the purchase has been made. Once you receive your order, you (the customer) can exchange the item(s) in terms of the exchange policy. I work very hard to get yall’s orders out and to you as quickly as possible.

EXCHANGE POLICY

If you would like to exchange your order, please email me amarescloset@yahoo.com and explain why you would like to exchange and I will give you instructions on how to send your order back to me. Once I receive the order, it will need to look the exact same as when you first received it. If there are any stains, rips, tears, or ect.,  I will send it back to you and you canNOT exchange the order. If the item(s) look good, you will tell me what you would like to exchange your order for and I will send you the desired item(s). PLEASE NOTE: you can only exchange items ONE time.

ADDRESS POLICY

Your order will be sent to the exact address you submitted when you purchased so please make sure that it is correct. If you made a mistake on your address, email me right away so I can change it when I make the label. If I have already bought the label and you made a mistake on your address you will need to pay for the next label with the correct address. 

RETURN POLICY

I do NOT give refunds to any order unless there is a mistake on my end. Please make sure before you purchase any items that you want the item. If you would like to exchange the item(s), just follow the exchange policy and we can work together on getting you different item(s).

 SALE POLICY

ALL sale items are final. Once you purchase the item(s) on sale you cannot return them or exchange them. Please know this before purchasing any sale item so there is no confusion.
